The Perfect Overcast Day for Street Photos, Niagara Falls, Ontario

The best weather for outdoor photography is when it is mildly overcast.

This gives a nice soft even light.  Not so many harsh shadows. And it makes for less squinting!  Fewer hats to shade faces.
Yesterday was also great because it wasn't overly busy at Table Rock.  (Table Rock is the location in Niagara Falls, where the falls actually goes over.)
It is pretty mesmerizing.
I watch people and some stand there for ages watching.
There is something etherial, magical about that spot.

When it's not so busy I get better photos. Not so many people standing in the way.
I have a couple of spots  that I sit or stand.
And just watch and take photos.
The majority are candid photos.
For many, I get the attention of the person or persons.
And almost once an outing, someone will ask to have their photo taken.
I will also from time to time approach someone to take their photo.
Some say yes, some say no.

You can see in these photos and others that I've taken here
that there is no shortage of love in this strange world.
When these folks feel they are in their own world,
they show their love for each other
