This looks like a product that will help edit pictures very well. I haven't personally had time to work with it yet.

Adobe PS Elements 5.0 (older version) works nicely with XP and does function as advertised. It is worth the price.

They removed the main toolbar that was present in version 4. Makes it less efficient and more time consuming.

I have owned and used most of the versions of Photoshop Elements. Version 4.0 was a significant improvement over the earlier editions. Version 5.0 does not offer any noticeable improvement. Adobe has steadily increased the price since the first version, but with the exception of Elements 4.0, has not provided commensurate improvements.
