 Nice and compact - good for your money August 10, 2008

I bought this camera after reading the numerous good reviews that people have posted and I must say that this camera does not dissappoint. It is an easy to use, compact, sleek camera which takes great pictures. I am very pleased with it. My only complain about it is that it takes a couple seconds to actually take the picture - when you press the button it does not take the picture as fast as I would like - you have to hold it down for a couple seconds till it takes the picture. But all in all - great buy for your money.

I love the clarity in images even in low light conditions. Battery seems to last much longer than previous versions of Canon and I love the new built in image stability feature. I haven't seen a single blurred picture out of all the pictures I've taken so far. Great camera!
Small and sharp August 8, 2008
Great digital camera that works well. I love the size and convenience. Easy to connect to my PC for download. Great quality photos and videos. Unlike my previous camera, you can hear the sound when you replay video.

it is small
it has a 3inch huge lcd
it has lots of shooting mods(my favorite is the one that keeps lens open for 15seconds and gets amazing pictures at night)
and it is very cheap
i am satisfied as customer who has hobby of taking pictures but doesn't want to carry huge cameras..
by the way i bought 4gb kingston sdhc(this device supports sdhc cards)(Kingston 4GB SDHC Class 4 Flash Card (SD4/4GB)) and they seem to work well together it gets more than 1000 pictures in best quality

I bought this camera and sent to my family in India, after taking out the SD card 4-5 times, it has started giving the error "Memory card locked". It was not the SD card problem as we have tried using other memory card which were working perfectly on other cameras. After searching on internet, we found that there is a hardware problem with this series where it reset the memory card lock reader in the camera. It sucks, as I have purchased this from USA the warranty is not available in India.
Other than than it takes a while to take picture, screen is good however image quality is not that much good which I was expecting.
