I bought this together with a Nikon D300, and it works flawlessly. The write speed will not bother you with this card!
I have had other SanDisk Extreme cards before, and they are very reliable. Find the size that suits your needs, and rest assured you will not regret buying this.

I bought this card for my new Nikon D300. It works very well and does not slow down the transfer of pics.

I bought this card only because it was the same price as the Exteme III at the time of sale. Overall I am pleased with the performance but I do not think it is worth buying it over Extreme III unless it is the same price or very close.
Awesome compact flash card for your DSLR January 24, 2008 I bought this to replace a 512MB Compact Flash that came with my Olympus Evolt-510 and it is awesome. I doubt my Olympus could even come close to pushing this thing to what it is capable of from a speed perspective but for the price difference I wanted to make sure the Compact Flash was not a bottle neck when I am shooting sequential shots. The recovery software works great. I can feel comfortable deleting real-time on the camera knowing I have the option to undelete if I actually fat finger a keeper.

I highly recommend all high-speed memory from SanDisk. The limit to how fast you can take pictures lies within your camera's electronics. Why slow it down further with flash media?
