Accessory Kit is useful, BUT....... May 15, 2007

The heavy metal chain that is part of this kit has limited utility. It is a bit too bulky, and a lightweight nylon neckstrap would have been a better choice. However, the case is of excellent quality, and protects my SD900 well. The battery is a needed backup for me in case I need it when I am away from home.
Overall, I'd say buying these products as a kit did save me a little money vs. the alternative of buying the three products separately, but the neckstrap somewhat diminishes the bargain I expected.

The best carrying case for a small camera. The extra battery is nice to have. Too bad the case doesn't have a place for it! The long strap was the hit of my tour! Everyone wanted to know where it was purchased. It allowed me to be hands free when needed, but still take pictures without removing the camera from around my neck. The thick wire kept me from worrying about my camera being snatched.

I needed a case to protect the display from getting scratched. This kit was perfect. I got the case and an extra batery for a good price. I didnot use the cord. I prefer the original one.

Not much -- a duplicate wrist strap, spare battery. Leather cover and long strap best part of the packagte.

Very cheap for the items it comes with. Battery, case and neck strap. Honestly i have no use for the neck strap, only the case and the battery. either way still a good deal. considering canon cameras doesnt have a battery meter, so if your battery dies mid use, your screwed without a spare.
