I wanted an extra battery for my Lumix DMC-FZ50 and this works perfectly. It holds as much charge and charges as quickly as the more expensive name brand.

I am a very skeptical person with other person's reviews but i believed everyone's comments and went ahead and bought this item. This is a super product. it is plug and play and it is super fast. i recommend it for the price it has. I bought it and took it to Europe where the process of returns is huge. No regrets! Great investment and thanks everyone for the fantastic reviews i read before i bought it! g3

One of the reasons I got the Panasonic 12x 7.2m was because of the battery. I have a great little dig. Konica which came w/this type and I am hooked------do not want AA's. I have not yet charged this spare I got so out on the road I can switch battery-----because I am still working hard trying to figure out the camera----will chrg on next trip. Besides this battery charger is so neat/compact.

Haven't really had much time to use this, but it charged up just fine, and is working in my Panasonic FZ-50 without any problems so far.
