I own a bunch of these for my Nikon bodies and lenses, and they're terrific. I use them on the Bogen-Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip and I've got no concerns about quickly changing bodies mounted on the grip. If you're still screwing and unscrewing stuff on your tripod get a quick-release setup and you'll never look back!

This is my 2nd QR plate. I keep one mounted on the base of my camera and the other one is mounted to my long zoom lens. My camera does't have a spot for the anti-twist pin, so I had to remove it. The rubber grip seems to do an adequate job of keeping the camera from rotating.

Order this if you want an extra plate, as you get one with the tripod. This thing takes some getting used to. I seem to have a little trouble getting it lined up in the tripod clamp. That is the only reason for a lower rating. Could be me.
