Camera is good but its i is written in Japanese language only. Not many people in our country can read it.

I didn't get this *exact* webcam. Mine came with two in a box. They were easy to set up. The quality isn't the best ever but it's decent. I love electronics by Logitech. So if you just want a cheapo webcam, this one is for you.

The installation was a snap. The webcam image is bright, clear, and focused. It really is a plug and play device. It is easy to use and I would not hesitate to recommend this webcam to others. With all the same features as its competitors, it is definitly the better one on the market.

I really liked the ease and afforability of this web cam, so much so, that I bought one for my grown kids, and my elderly mother! All were able to install with no problems, and it is so much fun to see each other, when we all live in different parts of the country! The only thing I didn't like about it was, when I tried to install it on a different computer, my other computer couldn't seem to get it to work. But, that was probably more my own computer issue, rather than the camera's.
