bought two of them for my kids (adults) this gadget makes it easy to get photos of a group without leaving someone out of the picture. It was very easy and fun to use. They love it!

i haven't had a chance to really use the gorillapod much, but i'm really looking forward to it. i've been playing with it, wrapping it around my lamp, balancing it on all sorts of surfaces. it works fabulously, and it's very portable. the button release makes it really convenient and easy to slip on your camera whenever you feel like using it. i think it'll be awesome to use on trips--no need to find and ask any random ppl to take your picture!

This is a very handy tool. When first placed on the tripod the camera will be wobbly for a few seconds.

This little flexible tripod is perfect for our family who likes to take group dinner photos and on the trail shots. The tripod legs can be wrapped around a chair back, a bicycle handlebar, a tree branch or even resting on uneven rocks. It is very light and the legs collapse together to form a small bundle for easy carrying.
