Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars This device simply didn't work   April 11, 2006

I bought two of these Photobanks for a big event. I was planning on using them for storing all my photos before I took them back and edited them.

Luckily I tried testing them out before I used them!

They initially worked ok. They were both fully charged. Nothing seemed wrong, they worked as described.

However, one died after about 15 minutes of use. It just turned off and nothing I did turned them back on. The second one died about 15 minutes after that one.

Customer service asked if I dropped them. I simply took them out of their box, charged them, took a few test shots, transfered them to each Photobank, then transfered those shots to my computer. The customer service rep said I must have done something.

I guess gently placing one of these Photobanks on a table, or maybe plugging in the charger or USB cable is too much physical force for these devices to handle.

I usually don't go over the top but I would honestly give this device a negative star rating if possible due to the horrible work that went into making it and the awful customer service experiance the company gave.
