An Economical Display & Storage System November 23, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Economical and great quality makes Itoya Archival Portfolios perfect for storage and presentation. The front and back covers are constructed of durable vinyl. Interior pages are made of a clear polypropolene. Black acid free mounting pages are included. Up to 48 photographs are easily stowed in the pocket pages. Due to the soft vinyl exterior covers I would highly recommend flat storage.
Functionally cheap November 1, 2006 These are cheap.
I mean, inexpensive and made of cheap vinyl plastic. Covers are kinda flimsy and they don't really sit flat.
These are not coffee table portfolios by any means.
They haven't failed or anything, yet, but they definitely won't live up to daily use...think long term archive storage.
Given these caveats, I think they are a nice and inexpensive way to store old prints taken out of the current batting order.
Great value! December 12, 2005 Good quality at a great price. These Profolios are perfect for my use-- as an amateur photographer showing enlargements to mostly friends & family. I like the simplcity of the design and ease of use- just slide the photos right in and you're ready to go. The reversible spine labels are a nice touch to make organization easier. I will be ordering more & in different sizes too!
