What everyone else is saying about how useful the product is, all true. However, mine came with 1 important component that did not snap-on right. The top horizontal bars, they connect to one another through a pop-up pin that made a "snapping" sound to tell you that the two bars are properly secured. One of the bars somehow mis-aligned with the drill hole on the other bar and no matter what I've tried, they will not make a "snappy" secure connection. The product is still useful however, but I am concern that it might falls apart if I hung a heavy background piece on it. I'll probably end up fasten a makeshift connector of some sort to hold it in place somehow. Wish they had done a better quality control. Exchanging it is such a hazzle.

Just got it today. I was surprised with the over quality of the product. Sure there are better quality products out there, but not for the money. I was a sales representative for a Professional Photocolor Lab for a few years. I have seen what professional equipment looks like, I was around it all the time. While the professional stuff is better, it is also 4 or 5 times more expensive. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. The bag has areas to secure all of the equipment and it is good quality. This is perfect for those who are just getting started and don't have a lot of money or for people like me where it is just a hobby and you're not going to make any money with it.
