Here is some information I would have liked to have had before ordering this product. I was hoping that these filters would attach directly to my S3 lens. Unfortunately, these filters need the included adaptor to attach. This adapter accomodates for the lens zooming in and out, but it adds another 1 3/4" to the camera which then made it bigger than my SLR camera and unable to fit in my digital camera bag. You also need this adaptor to attach the telephoto and wide angle extension lens. This causes a problem when using the flash, because it blocks part of the flash and creates a semi-circle shadow at the bottom of your photos. I found the telephoto lens of poor quality for sharpness and only the center was in soft focus while the image continued to blur as it moved to the edges. The wide-angled did give me a wider view (with dissortion as expected), but once again you can't use with a flash. The wide-angle gave me no advantage (other than dissortion) on close-ups. I didn't try the pocket tripod that came with the kit, but I'm not sure I would trust it holding my Canon S3 in any condition that I may want to use a tripod (other than a self-timer shot in a calm environment). All in all, I didn't find the kit very useful for what I wanted it for. I was hoping to find filters that would attach directly to the Canon S3, so it would protect my lens, but not add much additional size to my camera. This was not it. (PS: If you get this kit, you will need to buy another lens cap to fit the new 58m lens size)
