Very cheap material, not leather at all and is not even close to the picture posted on Amazon. I feel fooled!! Be smart and buy a custom made case. It is not written Lumix but Panasonic.

I am a big fan of the Panasonic brand but this camera case is rubbish.
I own the FZ50 model and I find that the fit is a little too snug and there are no straps to carry the case (you have to supply your own), also there are no pockets to store filters or spare batteries.
I have since bought another case for a fraction of the price that has straps and pockets and is more practical for my hobby.
And finally this product is NOT made from LEATHER!

This camera case was a perfect fit for my Panasonic DMC-FZ50. It isn't a hard camera case and it is not real leather but it does the job. I would recommend it.
Case to Small for the FZ50 January 13, 2007

This is wishful thinking. This hard case is for the smaller FZ-30, NOT for the FZ-50. The correct case for the FZ-50 is the soft leather DMW-CZA30. I know it sounds confusing but the larger soft case for the FZ30 fits the bigger FZ50 camera. Go figure. There is no Panasonic case just for the FZ-50. You can also use any case that fits the Leica V-LUX 1 (these are the same cameras)
